The Leighton Solution.
Under contract for As-Needed Environmental Services, Leighton provides the County a wide range of environmental services from Phase I ESAs, site characterization, remediation design, and technical peer review.
Over just the last several years, more than 20 Phase I ESAs have been completed in accordance with the appropriate ASTM Standard, currently ASTM E1527-13. Phase I ESAs were focused on identifying Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) that could affect human health or re-planned re-development activities. Properties included maintenance facilities, vacant lands, landfills, and Right-of-Way easements.
