August 5, 2016: Last fall Pulte Homes surprised U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Oskar R. Zepeda with news he would receive a mortgage-free home in their new Avelina community in Perris. Groundbreaking on the new home was commemorated in early April. Today Sgt Zepeda was handed the keys to his family’s new home; bringing his daughter to tears.
As the geotechnical engineer for the community, Leighton is proud to help Operation FINALLY HOME with a donation towards furnishing the home.
