The Leighton Solution.

Leighton, as a subconsultant, provided quality assurance special inspection, materials testing, and geotechnical testing on task-orders from a three-year SANDAG IDIQ Professional and Technical Construction Management and Engineering Services contract.

On this task order, Leighton provided acceptance testing in support of Caltrans D11 staff. A Leighton engineering technician performed on site acceptance testing to verify Quality Assurance Testing in accordance with the Material Control Schedule, for soil and concrete.
